Money for Life? Or Life for Money? Apna Sapna Money Money

Friends I don’t know how many of you think so but I really do think so.

We humans have invented this money as an easier way for exchange of commodities not for sacrifice of happiness and joy from our life. In today’s competing world wait, rather confusing world I think we all are running for this money. We live for it & we live by it. We all, whether it is me or anyone have just one focus to earn money.

Why?  Why this money has got this importance?
Just because it can buy us anything we want?

Do you really feel so ?
·         Can money buy us the happiness?
·         Can money buy us the time?
·         Can money buy us our beloved ones?
No it can’t.

Today we humans are ready to sacrifice our interest and passion for the sake of money because we feel our passion doesn’t help in earning that much. But tell me one thing if we are doing the things we desire and if we are happy then why do we need this money?

Why don’t we earn less and enjoy our lives?
This world is just becoming a money world where everyone strives to earn it at any cost. We have many examples of people in our daily lives who are frustrated of their lives. If you ask them you will feel they are not happy with their work or something so why are they pursuing?
Just for money.

Please tell me, we earn money so that we can fulfill our basic needs so why we take every step of our life according to it.

If money is life then the richest person must be the happiest person and the poor one will be the poor in terms of happiness also.

Am I right with this?

NOOO…Even the richest people are not satisfied with their lives .Guys understand one thing there is no end of a human desires so be satisfied with what you have.
We always say that in the past there is not much tension, people have very easy life… Have you ever tried to find the answer for it?

NO..why?
Lame excuse..We don’t have the time for such things…so for what things do you have time?
Just Money..
If I have to talk about past…people believe in brotherhood love and these things are in priority than money but now who have the time for our beloved ones because we all running in a blind race for money and even the  winners are  not happy..

So I urge all of u that instead of running towards money, follow your passion interest because may be it will earn u less but it will earn you the smile and the happiness which is the most precious things of life.

So to live life king size, forget about money and follow your dreams and if you are really devoted to it, your dreams will earn you a lot.

SO EARN WITH FUN

IS PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT IMPORTANT FOR CA STUDENTS???

Do you think getting good marks in IPCC will make your personality?
Or getting rank in CPT or IPCC has made your personality?
The answer is a big NO………!!!

Personality development helps an individual to inculcate qualities like punctuality, flexible, attitude, willingness to learn, friendly nature, eagerness to help others.
Friends, today firms prefer the ones who have impressive personality rather than the one having impressive report cards.
And these fields demand a terrific personality, right attitude and influential communication skills; think positive, smile a lot, dress sensibly, be soft-spoken, leave your ego behind, avoid backbiting, help others, be confident, be a patient listener.
We should know the trait of how to sell ourselves?
“Kharidne Wale Bahut Hai, Bechna Aana Chahiye”

Do you think personality development is important for CA’s?
?
?
?
Yes, Indeed!!!
You have to be the Mr/Ms Perfect by following these simple 3Ps

A person with good character finds acceptance wherever he goes and is respected by all.
9 POINTS THAT CAN HELP YOU STAY AHEAD IN PROFESSIONAL CAREER
1.      Confidence: Be confident and have a bold voice. Don’t stammer and steal eyes.

2.      Attire: “First impression is the last impression”. Leave everyone mesmerized with your fabulous professional attire. Your personality can transform your future.

3.      Appreciate: Learn the trait of appreciating others.

4.      Speech: Be very clear, fluent and bold with your words.

5.      Physique: Try to maintain an impressive physique.

6.      Body Language: Walk straight, erect and confident.
7.      Positivity: Always have positive attitude towards life and your work.

8.      Comparison: Comparison is a very strong attribute contributing to success or failure. Competitors can be biggest reason behind your success as they every time unknowingly motivate you. But sometimes over competitive attitude can pull your leg back from the ring.
9.      Know Yourself: Do you remember the movie “chain khuli ki main khuli”. Recall that the power is in you, magic is in you. What matters is how fast did you realize the magic and use it.

Guys now this was like telling the way and not showing it...

You can’t attain these qualities inside the four walls of your room. You need exposure of the world around you.

General Awareness Questions asked in Articleship interviews

General Awareness Questions asked by the interviewers these days.
For all those who are appearing for interviews for their Articleship, here is a list of latest buzzing topics in the economy. As these are the favorites of HR’s these days, we bring to you the required information with valuable key points on topics like:

  • The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana
  • Ebola virus
  • Investment made by Japan in India
  • Deregulation of petrol prices
  • The Sardar Patel

And many more…

Stay connected for more…

Let’s start with an insight into The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana:

Introduction:
The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana or Prime Minister Scheme for People’s Wealth is an ambitious scheme for financial inclusion announced by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi on 15 August 2014.
The scheme was launched on 28 August 2014. For the formal launch of this scheme, the Prime Minister personally mailed to CEOs of all banks to gear up for the gigantic task of opening over 7.5 crore bank accounts.
In this email, he also declared that a bank account for each household was a national priority.
On the inauguration day, 1.5 crore bank accounts were opened under this scheme.
The Scheme is launched with a view to provide ‘universal access to banking facilities’.

Key points and Stats to be known:

  • The scheme would be providing facilities like basic Banking Accounts with overdraft facility of Rs. 5000 after six months.
  • RuPay Debit Card will be provided with inbuilt accident insurance cover of Rs. 1 lakh
  • RuPaY Kisan Card facility will also be provided
  • Those who open accounts by January 26 will get Life Insurance cover of Rs. 30, 000 in addition to accidental insurance for a lakh.
  • The accounts are unique because they will stay active and open even if empty
  • SBI has opened 11, 300 camps for Jan Dhan Yojana
  • In the next phase, micro insurance and pension will also be added.

Benefits that can be derived from the scheme:
  • The influence of moneylenders and other informal financing channels operating outside the ambit of RBI (Reserve Bank of India) would be diminished because of the blunt monetary policy tools and push for financial inclusion
  • The scheme seeks to cut waste and corruption by paying benefits directly into bank accounts.
  • Mr. G.S. Sandhu, the Financial Services Secretary of India described this scheme as an important step towards converting the Indian economy from a cash based economy to a cashless and digital economy.

Challenges before the Scheme:

  • Some experts say the overdraft could end up swelling bad loans at banks as it does not tell about how the banks will collect debts.
  • Taking banking to rural areas will be huge challenge as many people in such areas have no identity papers.

What the PM of India, Narendra Modi has to say?

“If we want to eradicate poverty, we need to get rid of financial untouchability”, the PM said stressing the importance of financial inclusion.
In a letter to state owned banks, the PM urged “try your best to ensure that no one is left without a bank account”.

Is it an Encouragement or Harassment?

As per Section 75 of the Finance Act, 1994 which deals with the levy of interest on delayed payment of service tax, the rate of interest has to be notified by the Government.

Old Law
The Government had by Notification No. 26/2004 dated 10.09.2004 as amended by Notification No. 14/2011 dated 01.03.2011 fixed the rate as 18 percent in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 75.

The New Law
Now this Notification has been superseded by Notification No 12/2014 Dated 11th July, 2014 (Applicable w.e.f.01st Oct’ 2014) issued at the time of introduction of Budget’ 2014.
As per this notification, the interest rates have been hiked from 18% to 30%.
The New Interest rates-
The interest rates are as follows:-
Rate of simple interest Up to 6 months- 18%

More than 6 months and up to 1 year- 18% for the first 6 months of delay and

24% for the delay beyond 6 months.

More than 1 year
     18% for the first 6 months of delay;
24% for the period beyond 6 months up to 1 year and
30% for any delay beyond 1 year.

As per the clarification issued by Tax Research Unit dated 10th July,2014 (D.O.F. No. 334/15/2014-TRU), the following needs to be noted:-
“To encourage prompt payment of service tax, it is being proposed to introduce interest rates which would vary on the extent of delay.”

Thus, the reason been given for this illegal hike on interest rates is for the “Encouragement” of assessee.

May be the circular wanted to say the “Harassment” but said it as an encouragement out of their concern towards assesses.
