Important Information: Companies Act 2013 New sections Added in CA IPCC Audit Paper 6

All the CA Students who are having their CA IPCC Group 2 Exams in November 2014
ICAI has announced a list of sections of Companies Act 2013 (As Notified on 12th September 2014) to be included in the syllabus of Group II : Paper 6 Auditing & Assurance subject Intermediate (IPC) Level November 2014 Examination
As per ICAI, in view of Legislative Amendments in the Companies Act, 2013” these sections have been included for the convenience of students as “Academic Update”

    Please give a proper link in which it is clear that this will applicable for Nov 14......
