Crick Life- Beyond the Playground, Beyond the Pavilion

Crick Life- Beyond the Playground, Beyond the Pavilion

I know you are thinking that what is cricklife? Is it like any other Cricket related post or what is going to be different in this blog?
So for you the answer is yes!!

It is related to cricket but actually it is related to the hard work and sacrifices in the cricket world of name and fame and how cricketers become a legend.
We always feel that life of the cricketers are very easy, they don’t have to work hard, they easily earn money by becoming a brand ambassador of any product or as a guest in reality shows because we all are attracted towards shining part of everything and so does it happens with cricket. We all are attracted toward success name and fame involved in this sport and that is the reason why this sport is 2nd most popular sport in the world.

But thing at which we don’t look at is the cost these cricketers have to pay to earn this success.
Many of us have heard about the Famous South African wicketkeeper Mark Boucher but how any of us have heard about the incident happened with him?
While having match against Somerset, on the googly of Imran tahir one bail struck his eye and he lost his one eye.
But who cares and who bothers to know about it?
Very few of us L
We all have seen him playing, we all have appreciated him in his great knocks but when he was in pain, who was with him?

Coming to Our own familiar team of India, SACHIN RAMESH TENDULKAR-THE GOD OF CRICKET, we all know what milestones he has achieved, how many centuries he had scored but how many of us know about the incident happened with him in 1999 world cup?
In between the world cup, Sachin lost his dad and forced to fly back to Mumbai to attend his father’s funeral. Within very few days of attending his father’s funeral, he flew back to England, played the match against Kenya scored a hundred and gave tribute to his father.
But what we all have been doing since ages; pass comments that it is a game of luck?

It doesn’t involve hardwork
Being the No.1 ODI side in the world is just  luck
No.1 T20 side in the world is just a luck
Being the winners of champions trophy is just luck
Is it so?
Hope you got my point, so instead of looking at the success of people start looking at the hard work behind that success because cricklife is not just what we see on the field it is much more than that.
